Download the FSP.zip - 12.0 MB.
Open up this archive. Extract the file for your OS, probably .exe. Run the swf with the .exe.
Alternatively you can run this. SDT v1.6b.exe - 7.0 MB

don't suppose there is an updated .exe
My pc is having issues with .swf and seems to run the .exe version just fine.
