Apparently not. This is one that quite honestly BAFFLES me; it's a very popular game based on MASSIVELY popular properties (including some of the most pornified of all time), it's filled with tons of porntastic hot sluts like Sylvanas and Kerrigan and Nova and Tracer and Tyrande, and you wouldn't think modding it would be THAT hard. But there's NOTHING out there. At all. NO-ONE is making nude mods for HotS. I don't understand.
Well, to be fair (I suppose) it's a Blizzard game. Any of the recent Blizzard games on the Battlenet App I think are known to be either
1) nearly impossible to mod, and/or
2) to 'detect' any would-be mod, and it wouldn't last long before being detected. It's probably why no modders have ventured into Blizzard games modding. And I do mean recent games, because of course there were mods for the original StarCraft, the first and the second Diablo games and, basically, any 'Legacy' Blizzard games.
However, for games like Diablo 3, StarCraft 2, Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch... it's virtually impossible, and even if it was technically possible I don't think that any modders would want to risk losing their account for being banned for messing with important game files if it was necessary to do so to mod those games. I mean, just look at Overwatch. It's been a year now (actually as I type this, next week will be the first anniversary of the game), and Not. A. Single. Mod., has ever been made or even
attempted for it. Looking at characters like Widowmaker, D.Va and Tracer... I think that if it was possible to mod for Overwatch then I can assure you by now we'd have had nude mods.
But Blizzard are deliberately making their games almost or literally non-moddable. The ONLY 'mod' that I know of that is supposedly "safe" to use for those games, with the exception of Overwatch, is something as simple as Reshade / SweetFX (do
NOT try that for Overwatch, it's supposedly being detected for it... I don't know if it's possible, but I've read about people attempting to use it, it works but then they got banned a few months later for using a third party program).
On a side note, I made this thread. At the time I thought that there might be some faint hope that perhaps Heroes of the Storm would be moddable. But upon more reflection on the subject I'm just realizing that it's just never going to happen. And, honestly, even if it
IS possible and someone miraculously came up with a method to 'inject' custom textures in the game or something, I
STILL wouldn't risk it anyway. I don't want to be banned and I certainly don't want to have to re-buy every one of their games (well, at least Heroes of the Storm is free, but still I played it a lot and unlocked a bunch of stuff, it would have been a giant waste of time if I lost it all).
