I'm adding a full list of characters that are completed and I have references for in the OP. I'll check the other half of my reference archive at my other place tonight and have it fully updated. That should help omitting characters from searches (and give Anon a very rough idea of what's left).

One reward to TDream for the back half Oulan (second one), I could cross reference that with official art that has the right colour and front half of the hair cut. I had Julie from official Suikogaiden art.
