I didn't realize there were issues with the NTE files I uploaded previously. I usually only check the voice lines I need, so I hadn't gone through everything thoroughly. I've fixed several issues, including repetitive loops in some languages and missing voice lines for Nanally and Aurelia.
I'd also like to point out that extracting audio has become incredibly easy nowadays. Most games use Unity or Unreal Engine, and audio formats are now fairly standardized. Both engines also have very active reverse engineering communities that provide plenty of useful resources.
For Unreal Engine games, FModel supports most audio formats out of the box. It's a GUI-based tool with detailed tutorials available, so anyone willing to spend a little time learning how to use it should be able to extract the audio files themselves without much difficulty. Even Arena Breakout and Predecessor, which someone requested earlier, can be easily extracted using FModel.
I checked SteamDB, and Arena Breakout definitely uses Wwise audio formats, while Predecessor almost certainly uses UE5's native audio formats (Bink Audio or OGG, etc.). And Fmodel supports both games.
