Yeah, but Akane has them. Black Bird and Akane were both planned characters dating back to the early CBTs, so what's the difference..? Hotta is so unpredictable..
I haven't bought the game myself, but here's a quick tip.
As you can see on SteamDB, the sound files are stored separately in "game path\sounddata\PC"
Based on other games in the AC franchise, there's a very good chance that the combat voice lines are in the sounds_eng_install_*.pck files.
There are plenty of PCK extractors out there, so just search for a PCK extractor and unpack the files yourself.
One thing to keep in mind, though: due to how Wwise works, you can't identify what a sound file is just by its filename. So don't extract install_1, install_2, and install_3 all together, or you'll end up with voice lines from different characters mixed together.

Wondering if anyone has any experience with this, I'm trying to extract some audio from the new Castlevania game via FMod, but the streaming voice lines seem like they're being extracted as text-to-speech instead of the actual voice lines? Anyone know what's going on with that or why that's happening?

Really hope future patches are more like 1.2 than 1.3
Yeah, if there's one thing that's good about Hoyo it's that they're very consistent. Each character always has 3 death lines and 3 death moans in ZZZ. I hate how inconsistent Hotto are. At least Akane's CN moans are good, so the other languages should be good as well.

Hi killerj, certainly sure Predecessor has had some more good sounds added with many heroes, if you have time to maybe extract and upload them when you can would be much appreciated.
