Editing Mod from a member (1 Viewer)

I want to change the Dick of Him, using the Mod from lemurian-seed who seems to be goe from the board.
Can I do it, or is it forbidden to change mods without permission granted?

You can use the two week time period to make and test the mod, as long as you do NOT release it to others. The two week time period is a 'standard wait time', regardless of the time period since a member's last activity.
