in therory there is possible (if i understand well) to make mod -

however i got error while compile my model-
cappsystemdict:ineble to load module exportsystem eroor 126
so... im leaving this for someone more inteligent.
so now only got her as workshop model vmdl- cannot compile to vmdl_c
well it works with old dota 2 offline with bots- here is link for dota
