So I saw this video on youtube:

And I thought this was pretty neat that this could be done. But I can't find anything online on how to do this. Does anyone on here know how to recreate this?

Interesting discovery! A guess is cheat engine. He was using ultimate attacks even though he isn't in danger zone hp.

I figured that much, but I don't even know where to start searching in cheat engine for that effect. =/
