Hello,

I took a break from diablo and just recently thought about returning to it. However, I was unable to get the mods to work. Is this happening to anyone else or did I just mess up the process of getting them to work? Thanks.

*Blargh* I'm trying to get the mods to work with no avail. I noticed a recent update. Did that bork uMod or am I an idiot? Are there videos of the process to make sure I'm doing this right?

Did you launch the game in 32 bit mode? 64 bit mode doesn't work with the mod at all. The mod is still working fine with 32 bit mode.

I am not sure if this will help but I thought I would contribute:

I have two computers, both running windows 10. My older one is about 5 years old and my new one I just got a few months ago. The nude mods works on my old computer but not the new one (even with 32 bit setting). I have tried everything to get the new computer to work to no avail. I cannot figure out why one computer is working and the other is not.

I should also add that diablo 3 is fully updated with the recent patch on both computers. So I don't think it is related to diablo 3 patches. There is something else going on. I wonder if it is related to the version of windows 10? I stopped updating my windows 10 on my old computer. I am not sure - just guessing here.

hi
same here
so umm how to play with nude mods in 2021 ? im trying uMod v2 r49 and Diablo3_Naked_Red_Demon_Hunter textures method just as described on nudepatch.net but dont work or i dont know what im doing wrong ;/ im no rocket scientist so any guide or tutorial would be really welcome xD

what em i doing wrong ?? Q_Q

You are doing it wrong, you need to launch the game, at which point a new tab in umod called "Diablo III" appears and you need to drop the mod into that. If you try to load the textures without the game running it won't work.

I know this forum was from forever ago... and I doubt this'll be seen by more than a small handful of people...

But, after finally getting the Succubus Queen pet, I was disappointed that the pet textures (along with all of the other misc. textures in the original mod folder) weren't working. I tried looking at the link the whole new texture name changes... but that link didn't seem to work.

So, instead, I utilized uMod 2.0 alpha's "capture texture" feature to figure out the names of all the different textures I wanted. This is mostly a reupload of stuff found in this forum, with updated renaming schemes to match the most current Diablo III texture names.

I intend to post the files here and in NexusMods, in order to get the word out faster... though I doubt there's much of a demand for it anymore (especially with Diablo 4 coming out).

Mod files:
Attached at the bottom of the post. (sorry, I figured placing it here would allow you to skip all of the rambling texts... but I don't really know how to do that.)

How to Use:
Simple: (using uMod V 2.0 alpha)
  1. Follow instructions on uMod, from this forum and other sites. (not going to reiterates information that's already out there).
  2. Open of the zip file provided in the attachments of this post
  3. Open of the "All" folder
  4. Drag all of the textures from this folder into uMod
The "All" folder is a compilation of all of the textures, bundled into a neat little place for your convenience.

If you don't really care about choosing what textures you want to use, or don't care about.... the "All" folder has all your needs.

If, however, you do care about using only certain textures. such as not wanting the UI texture, or the special succubus textures... Then use the other folders accordingly:
  • All: Every texture (I just copied and pasted form all of the other folders)
  • Characters: Wizard, Barbarian, Witch Doctor, etc.
  • Monsters: Succubus, Hell Witch, Vile Temptress
  • NPC: Enchantress follower, and the lady who enchants your equipment + gives your equipment transmology/dye's etc.
  • Pets: Succubus Queen
  • UI: The stat bar thingy that is at the bottom of the screen.
    • Adds a little succubus image around the health/resource globes
    • Adds another succubus like image in the center of your xp gauge.
All you really have to do, or should need to do, is drag the texture files from each of the folders that you want, into uMod. It's basically the same thing as the "simple" instructions... just a little more nuanced and requires you to open several folders.

Mod info:
All of these files were originally created by the original creators, though I'm not sure who the author of each file is... so I'm simply advising to reread this forum to appropriately accredit the original authors. These texture files are mostly the same, just without anything that didn't seem to be explicitly "erotic" by nature, and anything that seemed redundant.

The rest of this post is mostly me explaining that I removed some files, renamed other files, used Gimp to play with how certain textures looked... and going into a lot of details that I doubt most of you care about reading (unless you're trying to recreate what I did or somethin)

Monsters:
  • Succubus, Hell Witch, and Vile Temptress
  • It wasn't obvious what texture belonged to what succubi, so I guesstimated based on what seemed to make sense.
  • The modded textures didn't quite match up to their given succubus
    • The witch, for example had white/tannish skin with a red face... and it didn't look right on any of the other succubi
    • Additionally, the textures seemed to be missing various things like the wings... which made them look more funny than sexy
  • So, after some time with Gimp, cropping, copy/pasting, moving textures around a bit, and resaturating/hueing/etc the colors... I finally found a way to make them all look more realistic within the lore (I didn't do much with the base Succubus texture)

Pets:
  • The Succubus Queen has 3 different textures.
    • main body, main look
    • wings/horns stuff
    • who know what the hell the last one is for... misc. pieces of the texture
  • Additionally, the original mod had half a dozen or so pet textures that I couldn't figure out which one belonged to which pet
    • The succubus main was easy to figure out, but the rest seemed arbitrary
    • So, I just kinda guessed which of the original textures belonged to the other two succubus queen textures.
    • This mod is using 2 of the 3 textures for the queen.... I couldn't figure out which was for the third... and even the second might've been wrong.
  • Other pets
    • Yea no...
    • I only have half a dozenish pets... there's no way in hell I'm going to spend time trying to figure out what other pets received new special textures... especially given that I may not even own said pet to play around with.

NPC's:
  • Same story as pets, there were several textures that seemed ambiguously assigned to who knows what npc... and most of these textures were of superheroes
    • Not diablo themed
    • Not clear cut and dry as to what belongs to who.
    • Skipping all but two textures
  • Enchantress follower
    • She seemed to be fairly straight forward... but not quite.
    • Diablo gave her two textures...
    • The mod had two textures that seemed to be her...
    • But no matter what combination of matching 2 and 2 together... it just didn't look right under any circumstances.
    • For the most part, matching any 2 textures with the enchantress resulted in either her looking "glossy," just plain weird and "off putting," or it was some rando texture that obv didn't belong to the enchantress.
    • I can't remember exactly what I did
      • But I think I just got her a "main" texture that mostly worked
      • And a presumably batman texture that somehow made the enchantress not look kinda weird or glossy
      • It mostly looks fine... kinda not quite what was intended... but I don't really care.
      • It looks good enough for me, and any other combination seemed to look worse

UI:
  • Imma be honest... the UI could fit in a few categories
    • Redundant... maybe it is a little more polished, higher pixelation, or something I'm missing... but it mostly just felt redundant
    • Misc... There were several textures that looked like they'd add a new look for certain things, like particles and other effects...
      • There's no way in Hell, I'm about to spend several hours playtesting the game, trying hundreds of texture combinations... just to try and make the game look a little more neat
      • Especially since I only really cared about trying to add eroticism to the game.
    • Whatever the bottom thing was called
      • The UI portion that covers the "command card"
      • The bit that "ornamates" around the health/resource globes and your various abilities
      • The gargoil/angel decors on the bottom left/right of the screen
      • Whatever all of that is offically called... I'm calling it the stat bar
  • The Stat bar mostly looked good.
    • It had a really nice "succubus" around each of the health/resource globes, and another image in the center of the xp gauge
    • Only problem was... It also had some random non-diablo themed porn attached...
  • So... I decided to use Gimp to make it feel more natural within the game.
    • I mostly moved both the succubus globe images to Diablo's original stat bar
    • I then separated the succubus globe images into 2-3 parts
      • The tail was "redrawn" so as to be placed overtop the original globe.
        • I really liked the way the tails were used as the "globe" itself
      • The main body was placed below the stat bar's layer... this way she'd look like she was "inside" the globe
      • The hands had this sort of weird opaque/transparency affect that took me forever to figure out
        • In essence, it should look like the succubus is inside the globe, with her hands reaching out of the globe to hold onto her tail... with the tail making the shape of the globe itself.
    • Then... the succubus image in the center of the xp....
      • That was the easy part.
      • Just copy and paste... and I was done.
    • The original concept was made by the same author of these UI files... I mostly just played around with their work to make it feel more "diablo themed"
  • It took me several hours trying to modify the images...
    • Especially since there was this weird line that kinda came out of nowhere with the stat bar. No matter how hard I tried...
    • I just couldn't get rid of it, until I doubled the whole image size and reduced the size of the specific layer causing the issue by 1 pixel.
    • This in return caused the image to look basically the same (minute size differences of the gargoyle/angel and globes)
    • All the while getting rid of the inexplicable line that just wouldn't go away.

Characters:
  • Last but not least... the Characters
  • The wizzard, barbarian, witch doctor.... etc.
  • Ye... I did nothing but compile the nudes of these characters into one neat little folder called "characters"
