The Rei Miyamoto costume by @Huitznahua is quite revealing. It's tricky to create a proper micro-bikini in SDT because of the way that bra straps work. It's not impossible; it's just a more difficult modding task and therefore we can expect micro bikinis to be more rare than a regular <bikini>. We're always open to new ideas, of course. If you can find suitable reference images then please feel free to create a Request thread (or revive a dormant Request thread by adding new content).

Do you mean "a bikini top worn without a bikini bottom"? The basic SDT game will allow you to apply separate tops and bottoms to the girl. Custom SWF clothing mods sometimes include both tops and bottoms as a unified package, but you can use the moreClothing mod to separate them. If you'd like to see only the top half (or bottom half) of a costume then that will usually be possible.
