I remember seeing this one somewhere but I can't seem to find it again. Where can I find it?

I'm fairly sure what you're looking for IS Insecure.swf.

I think that was a username of the female voice actor who volunteered to submit voiceovers, rather than a theme of the dialogue.

Mine has no file of such name, is this a different version?

Sorry, it's InsecureDialogue.swf.

In any case, are you sure you have correctly downloaded all parts of the Anonymous Archive v17?

You should see a sticky in the Imports board. That archive currently has all but 2 of Anon's audio dialogues included.
