Yoko Dynamic Hairstyle 2.0

To my greatest annoyance I cannot get this mod to work with Loader. I have no idea what is wrong. However, to alleviate the issue I've made that front dynamic hair toggle-enabled so you can turn it off in Loader now. I've also cleaned up some elements of the hair. Added highlights.

Old version didn't work in loader correct, but did work in vanilla.

I recompiled the mod and hopefully it works now. I have no tested it so let me know if it still breaks.
