changed automax logic to include charcode loading changes to throat resistance

mod is now a persist mod, and has a button on the options menu to turn it on and off.
also has an option to save vanilla charcode to enable/disable the mod on a charcter basis, but this feature is set to off by default as this mod is usually not something you adjust for every character, and more likely that of you turn it on because you like the feature.
has option to change it so the defaultmode can be on if you just want to always use it. change defaultmode=1 if you want this

added some compatibility fixes in charcode logic
added settings to change default charcode loading
changed some proxy logic for compatibility
