added support for the outline rgbfill, these use a full alpha, and use an offset of the rgbfill color to make it darker.
added setting 'lineColorMult' to control how dark the outline fills are.

added setting useDHEworkaround that changes the post proxy from addDynamicHairMod to parseMod
not sure why adding a post proxy would break those, but oh well
