removed scaled breast firmness feature. instead, use separate breastfirmness mod, it has better settings.

breastexpansion can still add the belly, but it will use superbelly's instead if it can.
when changing the slider, it considers the value you set to be the new minbelly amount, just like how the body and breast sliders act.
