• Tradecraft & Origins: A dedicated, highly trained external asset deployed behind enemy lines by an opposing sovereign force to liberate the territory. Operating under a strict "zero-footprint" mandate, she systematically clears targets into maintenance chutes to stall alert states.
• The Core Operational Crisis & Gear Layout: Her infiltration is severely complicated by a critical, unforeseen lack of resources. Having lost her primary high-end loadout during the initial insertion drop, her starting inventory is limited strictly to a suppressed handgun with a sparse count of ammunition, a concealed high-tensile wire garrote coiled for silent neutralizations, and a small mechanical crossbow. Compounding this emergency, the crossbow is not an engineered agency asset; it was locally sourced at the last minute from a regional partisan cache just prior to the breach, leaving her with a heavily restricted quiver of coarse, mechanical bolts. Completely missing a knife or primary blade tool at infiltration, she resolves this deficit immediately during Phase 1 by scavenging a standard-issue combat knife off the deceased gate sentry, using it as her primary melee edge to execute the silent throat slash against the hallway guard in Phase 2.

She navigates the lower levels with perfect tactical quiet, carefully using her garrote, bolts, and looted blade to hold back the base-wide alert until she breaches the central command mainframe room and secures the regional data transmission.
• Demeanor & Vices: Resolute, disciplined, and clinically objective. She operates with a calculated focus, filtering out the everyday human habits of her targets to treat them strictly as tactical hazards or vital operational assets. She possesses no chemical dependencies on duty; her sole psychological vice is a rigorous, calculated dependency on total situational control over angles, timing, and resource metrics.

According to the guy's own youtube reply in 2025, he is working on other projects to earn income so Justice Kunckles is on hold.

For the Street of Rage game, the creater's last promise is releasing it in early 2026 while we all knew the result. The creater said the project started in 2009 and it has been common for it to pause.

I understood their situation. Even my own story, which only requires my own and few artists' work, takes a long time to make small progress.
