I forget the other stuff, but you get Bad End animations for the rest of the stages in 1.20. Check creator's blog with Google Translate and you'll get the gist of it I'm sure.

Yep! Additions are two new enemies ('cosplay' enemies like the balls seen in Shinobi Girl) and a button to hide the top UI. Didn't notice much else.
