One thing of note is I much prefer the victimization of characters who deserve it, so most of my favorite picks are sexy sadistic villainesses.

A favorite of mine to think about is Raynare, the first antagonist from Highschool DxD. She doesn't last that long, but she kick-started the entire series. She was a fallen angel who took human form and manipulated our poor protagonist, Issei, into thinking she was truly in love with him, but was really just playing with his emotions before her attempt at killing him. Once Issei returns, she plans to kill him for good, but first she mocks him for thinking anyone would ever love him, causes the death of one of his friends, mocks him for that too, and only when Issei (With help from Rias) gains power and has her down on her knees, she begs for mercy and claims she really did love Issei. Of course at this point Issei isn't buying it, so he tells Rias to finish her off for him, and thus she's blasted into a mere pile of ash.
With me though, I don't imagine letting her get off that easily. I'd keep her captive as a sex/torture slave, and her perfect body would be beaten so thoroughly every day that she would be wishing for death instead of begging for life. I can just imagine those big round breasts making the perfect punching bags...

Junko Enoshima from Danganronpa is a strange case. She's a psychopathic fashion enthusiast who gets off on putting people in killing games, similar to the Saw series. The thing is that she also enjoys feeling "Despair" on herself, so she would be great to have violent sex scenarios with since she would enjoy them greatly. Punishing her for her wrong-doings is practically impossible though because of this, so that is a downside. Even the possibility of death arouses her, and not just fantasizing about it. Saber is from game Fate series. But she is annoying character with variety of personalities because of branching. The series has many variation of different Sabers. Saber is not her real name, this is just her class. A bit like Mage or Warrior. The saber most people know is the blond girl which in the canon is Arturia Pendragon (King Arthur lol). She has variations based on who which arc.
Blue - regular/normal
Red - Saber Nero (no idea, maybe not actually Arturia but a different hero spirit)
Red, lightly cloth - Saber Mordred (clone of blue)
White - Lily
Black - Saber Alter, corrupted by Holy Grail

In some game there are other Saber class characters like Gawain one of Arturia's knights.
I think Nero is actually different character because Arturia's signature sword is the Excalibur and all three but Nero uses this blade.

Saber I actually find harder to fit into ojou sama than Mikoto because she has the status but very little else in other things. She is also summoned into world as a "servant" and can be commanded to do anything by the summoner. If she disagrees the summoner can use a command spell, which they have limited supply. These spells are powerful and most servants will not want to waste them on trivial things but only in special emergency cases. If the summoner loses all command spells they lose the war for holy grail.

On more ojou sama... I really enjoy episode 2 of gakuen saimon reido. Many h do mine control and destroy many ojou sama types but I think this one is more than others fittting

Fate is not really complex more... stupid. Complexity to me is clever way to get everything working but Fate is not so. It is more, rewriting and fixing and anything goes with power of author pen. It become messy for sake of plot twist and not really good ones often. I only play one and a little of VN. The play fighting and musou game Fate and I play some of mobile game (have many saber types). I can mostly identify saber close enough but you mention it difficult to find saber and have many character that look similar but different. This is the reason I think also with artist styles makes it harder sometimes. But also difficult to treat saber like ojou sama because of this reason. She fit sort of but it depends on which version. Nothing ojou about Alter. Blue is rarely ojou I think. She is strong for sure but rarely the same type. I think Rin is the ojou-sama of series. Noble family, learned & skilled magician, popular and knows it.

Robots for sex will come but I don't know if I'm interested. Idea of robot can be good but I odd AI will be turn off... robot is only good for always willing and customisable shapes. Fiction robot has actual AI so this different, they more like curious person in a robot body with identity crisis.
Don't expect good sex robot anytime soon other than novelty. Things like maintenance and product care still come for many electric devices... Frankly, I have rarely seen female characters that are so evil I want to torture them. There was Yuno Gasai in Mirai Nikki, but she was a damaged person who deserved considerable sympathy.
Revy from Black Lagoon is a psychotic murderer, but she was also shaped by her tough environment. Had she grown up in wealthy California, she might just be a street delinquent rather than killer. I would like to rape and beat the bejesus out of her, but actually torture her?
Some people think Tanya Degurechaff from Saga of Tanya the Evil is evil. But again there are a whole lot of things about Tanya that are more unfortunate than sadistic or wicked. She was just trying to do her best to get by, and God wasn't helping at all. Turn Tanya into a 20 year old, and I won't get any fun from torturing her.

I think it is a credit to anime that characters are rarely so unambiguously evil and hateful that you will get pleasure from torturing them. I feel Japanese anime tends to be more subtle and complex than Western comic book characters.

Mirai Nikki?, Tanya The Evil?, never heard of those two, heard of Black Lagoon but didn't bother with it since it seemed to be nothing more then bitches with guns.
