I actually just found this thread and registered only to send my thanks to everyone and especially RajasGrime for these awesome hairstyle mods. I have a pretty large reference database for the Suikoden girls so if there are anyone in particular that you are missing I might be able to help out. 8)

The real one? Couldn't be, could it? Cheers mate. But a larger Suikoden database than my own, I'd like to see that. This is where I stand:

I only have a good reference for Viki left. The rest is shoddy fanart, lineart, too small or a combination of the three and will take more time to do. These include characters like Windy, Ayda, Yoshino, Odessa, Annalee, Jilia, Lymsleia, Valeria, Cleo, Marina, Alenia, Fuyo, Nelis, Shun Min and Rina. Anyone have any preference for some of these?

Beside the characters already made, Viki and now Queen, I could use any profile view with basic highlights and shadows of any character. I'm curious to see what you could come up with.

I didn't think Suikoden was popular enough to get hairstyles for SDT to be honest.

Maybe I was too cocky claiming that I have a large image bank but I'm just trying to help here. Unfortunately concept art from Suikoden 1 and 2 seems scarce so I couldn't find much for the girls in those games. I have other images from the Card stories and such but there aren't any with alternative angles unfortunately. I did a brief search and found a few concept sketches for 5 that might be of help though. Besides those I suppose I don't have much that cannot be found on the first couple of google images search result pages.

When I click, all those show up as .php and not popup attachments. Any idea why, guys? I noticed a similar problem with the last imports Rajas posted.

Hm. Any chance of updating this? It could be better. The hair should be a little more silver and a little less pure white, and longer and thicker. Also, the ponytail holder is just the metal band from her pink hair recolored to blue, which isn't right; the holder is a different design altogether, so a quick palette swap isn't enough. Lastly, could we get a version of her hair from II, with that layered brass/gold holder?

Well, it was mostly just me and Netnavi keeping this thread alive. Let´s see, I´ve got most of them, but the ones for Marina, Urda and Fuyo should be helpful to creating the full picture for these characters. Many thanks for these.

Wow! That's a dead-on accurate hairstyle, even better than hoped. Excellent! (Slight nitpick: there's a pink tint because of light sourcing from the rune scroll, not natural coloration. Not complaining, just pointing it out.) Thanks so much, RajasGrime! ;D

Also, just for kicks, here's an attempt at Jeane's Suikoden II iteration. It's not great, but better than nude, IMO. RajasGrime's code used as a starting point.

The character artbook (second of your images) uses the same colouring, so it's not really from the rune. Either way, enjoy, sir.

The page scan has a pretty uniform silver tint on both my laptop and desktop PC displays, so that's why I'm a bit confused. (Both are color calibrated, too.)
