Not totally true,it's a choice you do at the end. But the choice to let her die gives you (in my opinion) the best end of the game.

Anyway, that ending is the ending that leads in to Saints Row 4, which they already announced they are working on.

I say this because the other ending leads to nothing.

You can argue opinions on it, but no matter which order you do the endings, because the game lets you do both, if you do both that one island ends up destroyed. Which leads to the belief that the ending with the destroyed island is the proper ending.

Also, I'll second this request if someone provides references for shaundi from saints row the third as well.
