You can try using the "Forums" > "Search Forums" with the word "bukkake" (because 3 letters "cum" doesn't work). One of the results is @cmurder's Bukkake Face Mod thread.

suggested, you'll probably find it more convenient to grab sby's Loader Pack instead. It offers a great selection of built-in mods (including most of Rusty's stuff), which can help a newcomer to skip some of the confusion and difficulty of using SDT mods. You're free to download additional mods and use them "on top" of sby's pack. The only real downside is that the Loader pack requires a longer startup time than the basic game or a "bare" copy of the SDT Loader.
