Howto prevent cum sticking to certain body parts (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys,

I'd like to know whether there is a way to prevent his cum from sticking to certian parts of her body.

Consider this scene:

I'd like him to cum all over her belly, breasts and face. However, the cum gets caught on her legs.

I know there is a mod available which adds extra "targets" where cum can stick, but in this case it would be nice to exclude some in order to create a more realistic feel.
