Is it possible to say next to each game if it can be inflicted on the playable character, female enemy or both?

That'd clutter things up, I think. Were there any games in particular that you wanted to know about?

Not really any particular, just as a general guide, I was really looking for games with female enemies rather than only female playable characters

You have to add Aggressors of Dark Kombat for the Neo Geo. I don't know how it would rate since I haven't played it, but there is a girl in it [the only one] named Kisarah Westfield. One of her moves is the inverted atomic drop. Since you can select 2 of the same character, you can have her do it to another version of her. However, she also has an armbar that she can do afterwards, and a few other holds. There's one where I think she shoves her cunt in the guy's face and I think urinates. There is a video of the best low blows in videogames [personal opinion of author] where her inverted atomic drop places 2.
