This is basically never going to happen, because it's impossible to avoid clipping the pattern where the arm meets the shoulder. Of course, if anyone wishes for me to eat my words, by all means go for it.

Well, what you COULD do, is to make it for the arm, and then use the mirror option in the game, if consistency is what you're looking for.

I think I'd be very difficulty to make it not clip judging by the way the arm animates and moves.
