Is there anyway to remove the default hair or clothing?

I already have the default characters disabled. The hair and clothing are still options in the menus though.

Do you think removing a lot of the default options is possible? I just find it to be clutter and not actually being used.

Besides removing the default hairs, no I don't know any other option.
