TheCount, hasn't been seen since 2014, meaning that he only participated in sdtmods.com, not Undertow (his thread in the

As far as I know, he never released a template for creating new mods for these breasts, he only made the Vanilla body mod.
Without a template,
Small Breasts needs to be decompiled and recompiled into an FLA to get the shape of the breasts and draw bras that fit properly.
Not to mention that breast slider adjustable mods are a pain in the arse to make, as there are 150 shapes to deal with. Even with 'tweens' it takes hours to get something good (
dantethedarkprince
said that it took him 4 to 5 times longer to create a breast slider adjustable mod than a classic one).
This is the main reason why there are not many breast slider adjustable mods, even for regular breasts.
I'm not saying that a new mod for these breasts will never be made, but it seems unlikely.
I guess you'd better choose from the numerous existing bras for regular breasts, as anyway the difference between small regular breasts and TheCount's mod is tiny.
