can i dare to make any mods about this mods without otherone's permission?

Correct. I tried testing that a while back. I don't remember whether saving the DDS as DXT5 fixes that or breaks it further.

Used Alpha on the Costume armor but there is no transperant.
Saved it as DXT1 -> 5

Thinking about it a little bit, I don't think I ever actually got a DXT5 texture ingame just for the fact that the method of repacking I was using (quickbms) requires the source files to be the same size before and after editing.

place the content of rar where? or how i use this textures on game?
i already download umod and i tried to run with queens.exe and queen blade launcher.exe with no results
also i tried to open internet explorer with Umod and then open the game trough iexplorer but nothing happens :(
