Princess Celestia (MLP -FiM), animated hair? (1 Viewer)

There's already a Princess Celestia hair, but I was wondering if anyone could get one with some of the animated flowing, like in the show? SWF style? It might be too much work, so I understand

this raises a question. ive always been wondering it but kept forgetting to ask but if someone reads this and knows the answer let me know.
if i were to go into a movie clip for a hair symbol and do frame by frame animations with keyframes and published it, would the animation work in the game when i import it as an swf?

I don't believe so, but my honest opinion would make a small application of the idea (i.e. do like 4 frames of a line rotating or something and see if it loads)

Thanks for the heads up. It's just hard to use Celestia's hair when it's just, you know, frozen in place.
