The colors/shade of hair and hat is probably a bit off but nonetheless good job. I can clearly tell it's a Rule 63 of Luffy, which is a good thing lol. >.>

Thanks! I spent a bit trying to get the colors and shade to match with reference images, but couldn't get it just right. I'll keep practicing.
