You'll get more useful responses if you can narrow the field of possibilities. In the meantime here is some generic advice, and you can also check out the tutorials section of the forum.

We can provide better advice if you express a specific interest in code, clothing, hair, dialogue, UI, etc... Or you could simply point to a few of your favorite mods and we can then direct you towards suitable material (and/or put you in touch with the authors of those mods).
