Has anyone been successful in modding this game?
I've tried both texmod and uMod without success.

Texmod just didn't work and I only managed to get uMod working using the .dll method, which makes the game run at ~3fps so I didn't even make it past the intro videos.

Google "Maldo". He has a blog about doing texture replacements for MGR. Not a modder so idk if anything in there is useful but worth a start. He's also the guy that did some crazy Crysis texture mods apparently.
