I need advice on AI image generators to create anime-style characters (2 Viewers)

For those who don't know me, I'm an 'artist'/modder for Super DeepThroat (mainly hair mods and backgrounds), but right now I'm trying to create a RenPy visual novel in the style of The Fixer.

My problem is that I need references to create vectorised characters so that I can easily change their expressions, hair, clothes, breast size, etc.
I am capable of doing this, but I absolutely need cel-shaded references.

I have tried dozens of AI image generators, but I have only found one that produces images of the desired quality, getimg.ai:

Here is the prompt I used for the first image: anime drawing, cel shading, woman, 36DD bra, not detailed, strong lines, hair still, not moving, blonde, 3/4 view, smiling, full body

The problem is that getimg.ai is a paid service, and I need a lot of references to be able to do a good job.

Could anyone help me find similar images that are free, with a white background and in 9:16 or portrait format if possible? It would make my job really easier if I could have naked bodies, or at least in bikini.

It is exactly what I am looking for, as the body position do not change much from one image to another, and the cel-shading style is kept

The only drawbacks are that the images are not very high resolution and that the number of edits is limited to 40-50 per day (but I could do a lot more with 3 Google accounts and my GitHub one ).

But I am still interested if you can tell me an AI image generator capable of producing the same artstyle.

For those who are interested, I've found NSFWLover that is totally free.
It has AI image generator, AI image-to-image and AI chatbots.
Its AI image generator is doig exactly what I was looking for:

I could produce this at my first try with this prompt:
1girl, ((simple clothes)), 3/4 view, standing straight, smiling, blonde hair, blue eyes, long hair, ((thick strokes)), ((few colours)), ((CEL-shading)) (2d Anime) (Wide Angle), white background, bikini, large breasts, wide hips, head to toe, full body
It is a bit pixelated (I had to enhance it with Waifu2x), but the style is exactly what I'm looking for: simple cel-shading anime.

Their image-to-image conversion is not very good for drawings, as it creates images of average resolution and the lines are jagged.
As I said above, qwen.ai is much better at doing this, but is limited to 40-50 images per day.
I also tried their chatbots, it can do NSFW chat, but still has limits (for instance, spanking gets blocked when it gets a little harsh), is quite terrible in other languages and doesn't handle multiples characters at all.
It is still good fun, but Character.ai can do better if you don't mind asking for new answers when it gets censored, or rewriting yours sometimes.
