[EDIT] If you mean, 'Is there a keyboard shortcut or Loader add-on that can trigger this?', there is no keyboard shortcut in the base game, but you could try Arm Overhaul by Y YoBoi (I cannot give more info, I've never used it). The code to increase the chance of hand tapping is explained by
