Apologies for missing what you had updated in the past, and also for not providing detail, but truthfully I don't know (was throwing out what I knew existed, and that's not comprehensive either - the game doesn't even show cosmetics that are unowned and no longer sold) since I don't own said voicepacks and that they overlap with existing sets in different languages is foreign to me as well.
It's okay. Things like this happen all the time when you're extracting audio files. The real hassle is extracting every character in every language.
I remember mentioning in this forum that I don't really like extracting mobile games. To be more precise, what I actually don't like is extracting live-service games.
It simply takes too much time. By that, I don't mean the extraction process itself—I mean the time it takes to figure out all the information needed. There's a reason I include an Excel spreadsheet with my audio releases. Those spreadsheets contain Char ID, code and references required to properly extract, identify, and organize the files. Even if I stop doing this someday, they'll make it much easier for whoever comes after me to continue the work.
The reason I don't accept public requests is that people often ask for things they don't really want badly enough, and it just ends up creating unnecessary work for me. If you look through the previous posts in this thread, you'll probably understand what I mean.
Lately, I've been receiving a lot of unreasonable requests through my X account, so I ended up writing this little rant. Please just take it as me venting.
