Taki. SC4. Or maybe it was 3 or 2. I dunno. I think Taki's carried her english vo for a while now.

I'm pretty certain that it's Taki from SC4, I know most of the characters voices in SC4 by heart. (waits for Tonug to say I'm wrong and it's someone else lol)

Edit: 2nd video: hm thought I recognize the voice but nothing comes to mind lol
