I'm having an issue with downloading, every time I extract it leaves all the files unchanged, there is no executable files whatsoever. Any help on this would be appreciated!

You'll need to tell us which file you're trying to download. Are we talking about an SDT mod file? A Flash Player application? A Loader pack?
