Wandering through the forum I have found this picture.

Is this a mod?
Something else?
Or just a drawing?

Seeing this image again does give me an idea though: How cool would it be if there was a style or mod where she could Deepthroat fuck her own mouth with a long dong or dildo in that chin-up-position (whilst the player just stands there and maybe jizzes on the boobs and throat)?

I imagine it could be like she's out of practice and wants to warm-up to loosen her own throat resistance.

It'd probably look pretty cool; especially with nice throat or cheek bulging that corresponds to the dong or dildo's thickness. ;D

Last I checked there was an option to adjust the rotation of her head.
