Dialogue help (1 Viewer)

Ok, I'm seriously getting pissed off. I have a problem, and it's that the dialogue doesn't work. It's never worked, any of it. Not dialogue already in game, nor dialogue mods. No text nor audio dialogue. I tried looking for answers but apparently I'm the only one in the world with this problem. How do I fix it?

First, make sure that in the "Options" tab, "Features" column, the "Dialogue" checkbox is on.

Yes, it was on. But it doesn't seem to matter anymore since I did finally get it to work by deleting everything and downloading the game again.
