Is it possible to add clothes for him (I've found a few online and on this site) to moreclothing and, if so, how do you do it?

I guess it it the same as for heads:
What I can tell is that "clothes" for Him doesn't exist as such. Only "bodies" are available (e.g. you can have a body wearing a tuxedo, but there is no tuxedo mod to add on top of His body, because it's only one image, not like Her body on which one can add clothes, accessories, hairstyles, etc.)
Look in HIS Body category.
I can't really tell more, as I don't use the Loader, except for my example screenshots...
