BloodRayne is series of third-person action-adventure video games developed by Terminal Reality and published by Majesco.
BloodRayne (2002, PS2/Xbox/PC)
Ryona:
- Ryona Rating: 1/5
- Very minimal ryona.
- Enemies can melee attack Rayne, but she only has one default hit animation.
- Camera is locked behind the character and cannot be controlled.

- There are many improvements to combat animations and sounds from the original. Rayne has animations for taking damage from the front, back, and sides and can be knocked down on her stomach or back, although she will automatically get up after a couple seconds at most.
- There are also bigger monster that can grab Rayne from head and them slam her face into ground several times before letting go of her. Those enemies appears late in the game and their attack takes a lot of health from Rayne.
- Rayne can also die by walking into fire or by being in water too long.
- Some enemies carry melee weapons. Attempting to feed on them before disarming them results in Rayne being blocked in midair and shoved to the ground, followed by the weapon being slammed down (perhaps unintentionally) on her groin.
- There is a very heavy mix of male and female enemies, including two female bosses (Ferril and Ephemera).
- The game has extensive voice work for Rayne and many of the enemies, including hit sounds, death sounds, and combat dialogue specific to certain bosses.
- Enemies have various combat taunts that are sometimes used randomly or when certain conditions are met such as breaking through Rayne's block or when several hits land in succession and knock her down.
- Rayne has many moves that involve impaling, dismembering, and decapitating enemies which can be performed on female enemies.
- The game has many cheats available including unlimited HP, level select, unlock all costumes, and "Juggy mode" which is basically just a small breast enlargement cheat.
- Rayne will gain skills as you progress through the game, upgrading her ranged weapons to have multiple functions and granting her different magical abilities, such as time dilation.
