I don't think anyone is working on male nudes because all you can make is Barbie's friend Ken.
A male nude would have no willy.

So far we have no way to modify the basebody shape.
The closest you could do is draw and colour a willy shape on the underwear and remove all except that drawing, but it would be flat and from most angles not at all convincing.
