Modify the effect as shown below

That's not the problem. File Extractor doesn't modify any of your game files, MIR does, and the RU laucher hash-check all the main files of the game at all times making sure they are unaltered. If you modify the pad00000.meta file (Which MIR does), the launcher simply doesn't let the game open or if you modify after you open the game, the game crashes.
