Animtools position not working properly anymore (1 Viewer)

Just a few days ago the Handjob.txt that is included in SBY's animtoolsV20 worked fine, but suddenly i have the weird problem, that she does not suck on the tip anymore and the head is in normal rest position, resulting in just weird/uncomfortable shoulder movements instead (see screenshot).
I have tried deactivating different mods and played around with various configurations and ingame sliders, even tried it in an older build of SBY's loader i still have, but even there it doesn't work anymore.
Any ideas where this issue originates from (and more interestingly how to fix this)?

i am not actually sure why i have that position included. it is essentially a locked in place position where you can only handjob.
would be better to just use the default position and change the hands to handjob if that is what you are looking for.

(this may have been a test position i created when developing animtools)

This position however was very handy for playing around with cheekbulgeedit settings ;)
That's why the locked head was so very useful.
So the deal with this position was that she actually just sucked/blowed on the tip, while the head was locked in place (whilst holding down the mouse button of course), thus perfectly (visually) displaying how fine the current cheekbulgeedit setting work.
Don't worry, i know how to change the hands to handjob, but this position accomplished something unique in that regard

Sorry i have been inactive for quite a while
Using this position; normally her mouth is at the tip of the penis, so when you move the mouse she handjobs and when you drag her, she moves her shoulders back and fourth and triggers the suck/blow of cheekbulgeedit because her mouth stays resting at the tip (sucking it)
But now her head is (as seen in the screenshot) just in a default position and she only drags her shoulders back and fourth.
