I'll try to state this as best I can without getting too long-winded:

Just a plain and simple leather belt around the waist, no pants attached, just a simple leather belt. That's it.

EDIT: Here's a couple of pictures to show what I mean. Hopefully these will suffice, since you can't exactly get a side reference on a belt.

You will likely need a picture reference.

The only two kinds of belts that come to mind are, belts for pants, or a belt like you might find in a video game. However, you'll need to be specific with a picture of what you are looking for.
