Can someone explain how to do this from scratch? the original loader is outdated as flash no longer exists

Excellent loader. Few annoyances here and there but overall great. Tiny nitpicks i have such as an option for a setting that sets sidebars = enabled/disabled on startup so you don't have to keep pressing the shortcut key each time, or setting a default path for the integrated file explorer. Again, tiny nitpicks, otherwise great.

Terrible, just plain terrible, firstly the download tutorial is trash, give us an step by step on how to download your damn game, second it filled my fucking pc with random shit, and 3rdly if your gonna make a fucking game atleast make a proper description AND make a fucking video on how to download your game.

It will be good if you have option in settings.json to switch sidebar(left or bottom) to false to load only SDTL window.

great, works well and i get a bit more fps i think, but how do i fullscreen?

Good to hear! Some people get better FPS and some get worse, it's great it gave you better : )

You can go fullscreen by pressing F4. You toggle the sidebars with F2 (which also is a keybinding used by animtools used to load an animation).

You can change the settings SDTL2 uses on startup in "settings.json" (next to "SDTL2.exe") and you can change the keybindings in "game/Settings/Handy.json" (relative to "SDTL2.exe").

This information(and more) is available in the documentation which you can find in "docs/SDTL.md". I understand that most people won't read this. Perhaps I should have made it more obvious ; )

Doesn't work on Arch Linux with pepper flash installed from the AUR. I've tried pointing it to the libpepperflash.so file, but it's just a white screen. With two instances running I can get it to show a menu but it says "cannot load plugin" so the game doesn't actually launch. The plugin and SDTL are both 64 bit.

way more cpu consuming than my loader pack with with in flash player just runing the standard game with no mods i only got 15 fps and my cpu was at 100 compared to my old 30 fps

Thanks for the review! I'm sorry to hear that, and there's not much I can do about it. The performance difference seems to be fairly random. I used to mostly get reports of the performance getting slightly better but with higher CPU usage. But lately I've only had reports of the performance getting worse. I don't know if something has changed or if the reports are just not representative (since I only get a handful a year).

Was great until it completely stopped working. It started saying "file not found" even though i looked in the game folder and saw that everything was where it should be. Reinstalling the whole thing doesn't help somehow...

I have not heard about this issue before. It sounds like either a bug or the antivirus randomly deleting a file (common with avast/avg/norton). If you make a post on the SDTL forum thread (link at the top of this page) with some additional information I can try to help you out!

When does the error appear? Does it say anything else (along the error)? Does a fresh download of SDTL2 work? Are you running the game from a shortcut or a console?

Feel free to include any other information that you think could be relevant!
