So, quite simply, I'm almost exclusively into a specific formula for what I can only describe as "soft" ryona. That is, in my case, ryona content that focuses more on a badly injured, but not necessarily lethally, female character. Basically, where a female character, preferably one that can be seen from some sort of third person view and either is or can be wearing something somewhat revealing, is brought to her knees or the ground where she either can crawl or "writhe" in pain, but not immediately die. Bonus points if she can be heard panting and/or moaning, even better if it's soft and bordering on erotic.

Unfortunately, it seems that nowadays this sort of softer, more erotic-like ryona content is nearly non-existent. There is of course the more popular games out there, like Gears of War, Saints Row 3 and 4 with it's revive mechanics, Blade & Soul, Left 4 Dead...but minus one, maybe two of the ones I know, they either leave a lot to be desired, for me, or don't make it all that easy to access like the Saints Rows I mentioned requiring you to be in coop. To be frank, I prefer to be alone when going anywhere near this kind of stuff, so grabbing another person is a no go for me.

So, on the off chance that anyone out there is willing to answer, are there any games out there that have this kind of content either incorporated into the game itself, or have existing mods that make it easy to add? Whether they be new or old? I know there were more out there, to the point that it seems most of them came out in the early 2010s or came out of Korea, for some reason. They also tended to have multiplayer, or were/are multiplayer-focused.

I'm willing to look into damn near anything at this point, as light erotic content in general feels hard to come by now, nevermind whatever this would be called. Just names and years of release, if necessary to distinguish it from titles with similar names, should be fine.

I think Dead or Alive still offers what you're looking for...

But yeah other than the examples shared above I can't think of any other games...

I am just going to ignore some of the dumb comments here..

But to answer your question, I think it’s mainly because players get bored in this kind of “revive me” type state. However I can agree with the appeal of it. Some games I can think of which I believe have this and I played somewhat recently are
GranBlue Fantasy Relink, even playing solo, and characters have English and Japanese voices, stay in the downed state for a pretty long time, and even have decent variety of voice clips for this state. Only downside is I don’t think the game has KO animations.

Dead or Alive 5 and 6, probably the overall best game for this I have seen. Each character has a unique animation, there’s English and Japanese voices, MOST characters have a decent amount of voice clips, and there is a ton of outfits. Also the game lets you freely move the camera and you can gaze as long as you like! 👍

Another game I am thinking of was that online Resident Evil co-op game, it wa like an add on to RE3 remake? Had some cute ladies, I especially liked January I think her name was. Different kinds of states you expect from RE games, but also a great downed state if I remember right. No idea if this game is even playable by now however.

I am sure there are other ones I’m forgetting but those come to mind.

I personally do not like over fanservice type things, call me a “blue haired bitch” if you want, I am pro-feminism and pro-lgbt, but when something is OBVIOUSLY fanservice then I think it’s great and fine to include fanservice as an option for those who WANT IT, while not impeding the core gameplay.
