I believe this is the last official version this guy made? I downloaded it mid 2009. I'm not 100% what characters and such are on there. I only took the time to play it once.

The problem isn't my system. I downloaded a normal version of MUGEN and the sound worked just fine. When I load up Tantrumbull's though, there is no sound at all. Not even from other programs on my computer (Youtube videos, IM sounds, etc.) work when it runs.

I'll redownload it and see if the same problem occurs.

Well I tested it a bit ago and with the exact same files the sound works fine. Not sure what's up with that :\

Everyone, always make sure to check the options screen if there's no sound. :P

I wish I knew which characters can do ecchi moves. So far, I think its mostly male characters.

MUGEN is freeware, most of the characters, stages, screenpacks etc. are fanmade, Tantrumbull just gathered some characters and stages together and released it in one download. Charging is against the License Agreement (unless they asked Elecbyte for permission, which I doubt) and anyone who's paying is a fool because 99% of the content can be found on the internet for free.

If you guys want I can make a new thread about MUGEN in general, where to find the core game, where to find new characters/stages, how to add them, and where to look for hentai characters.

Open the commad file in the char's folder (it's normally named cmd.txt or slime.cmd) (can be opened with any text editor) and scroll down until you're past the AI/CPU controls.
B, F, D, U are back, forward, down and up, DB is be down+back and so on, a, b, c, x, y, z are the attack buttons. "/" means "hold down direction key" and a number, i.e. "30", means "hold down direction key for at least 30 game ticks" (60 game ticks = 1 second).

Thanks for this d£t. A year or so ago I downloaded mugen but was never able to find the right characters and lost interest after awhile. But this is a gem of a find.

Yep! I did see that shortly after posting. But then I saw the scale of the post, and made a face, and told myself I'd set a later date for deciphering it. Classic me.
