You can find the second outfit here. @mike has also created a version of the second costume.

I can't find a clothing mod based on Sakura's first costume. Perhaps modders skipped it because the slitted dress is difficult to handle properly. If you'd like to see it created then you can post a Request thread; please be sure to include Reference Images when doing so.
