Late to this, but I have seen photoshops for various characters that are nude or skimpy around various picture sites, but nothing on any way to actually mod or edit the game itself (At least I think they are photoshop manips, if it's pictures from an actual patch - well that would be a very pleasant surprise)... It's Unreal 4, from what I've seen every Unreal 4 engine game pretty much needs it's own tools to rip models/textures... Sometimes you can get lucky and a currently available one works, but that's usually not the case.
