Is there a way to keep the eyes locked up? Don't know much so try to keep it simple please :)

If you're using the Loader, press 2 (two numeral key) to switch between the three eye directions: up, down, default. If that doesn't work, then you've probably reassigned the key. Check your keys.txt file. Or just run Keys.swf; it will prompt you to rebind the hotkeys (including "Eye Direction").

If you're not using the Loader, then install the Loader (or perhaps sby's Loader Pack, which includes several popular mods). Then press 2.
